📝 Return Policy

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order – without giving any reason.

🔄 How to request a return

You can request a return in one of the following two ways:

  1. Via contact form
    Visit our contact page and send us a message including:

    • your order number,

    • your name,

    • the name of the product,

    • the date you received the shipment.

  2. Via your customer account
    Log in to your account on our store and go to “My Orders”. Select the order you wish to return and click on “Request a return”.

We will send you detailed return instructions after receiving your request.

📦 Return conditions

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging (if applicable).

  • Returns must be sent back within 14 days of submitting your return request.

💰 Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving your return request.

  • We may withhold the refund until we have received the item or you have provided proof of return shipment.

  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method (e.g. PayPal, credit/debit card).

🚚 Return shipping costs

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

  • We do not accept parcels sent as cash on delivery (COD).

🚫 Exclusions from returns

The right to return does not apply if:

  • The product shows signs of use, is damaged, or incomplete.

This return policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights under EU law, including your right to make a complaint or claim under the legal warranty (warranty of conformity).
